What You Are Buying

When you complete a purchase on any EliteRoadMaps product page, you are purchasing a single-user, non-transferable, personal licence to access and read one digital PDF file published by EliteRoadMaps.

These are digital products only. No physical book, printed material, coaching session, consultation, or ongoing service is included with any purchase unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Current EliteRoadMaps Finance products:

Your licence permits you to download and read the PDF on your personal devices, print one copy for your own personal use, and reference the content for your own financial planning. Your licence does not permit you to share, copy, redistribute, resell, teach from, or publish any portion of the content in any format without written permission from EliteRoadMaps.

Delivery & Access

Upon successful payment, a PDF will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout via our automated delivery system. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of payment confirmation.

If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If the issue persists, contact us at orders.eliteroadmaps@gmail.com with your name and Razorpay payment reference number.

EliteRoadMaps is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

• An incorrect or misspelled email address entered at checkout
• Your email provider's spam filters or storage limits
• Temporary interruptions to third-party email delivery services

You are responsible for saving a copy of the PDF to your own device. EliteRoadMaps does not guarantee indefinite availability of download links.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once the product has been delivered, as the digital file cannot be returned once accessed. This applies to all EliteRoadMaps finance products regardless of price.

Exceptions — a refund or re-delivery will be issued if:

• You were charged but never received the PDF despite a correct email address and no spam filter issues — and you contacted us within 7 days of purchase
• You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
• The file delivered was corrupted or unreadable

To raise a refund exception, contact orders.eliteroadmaps@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and payment reference number. Requests raised after 7 days will not be considered. EliteRoadMaps reserves the right to decline refund requests made in bad faith or where the PDF has clearly been accessed and downloaded.

Intellectual Property

All content across all EliteRoadMaps digital products — including but not limited to the text, structure, frameworks, examples, methodology, titles, and visual design — is the original intellectual property of EliteRoadMaps and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law and the Copyright Act, 1957.

You may not, without express written permission from EliteRoadMaps:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any portion of any guide in any format
• Share the PDF file with others, including friends, family, or colleagues
• Upload the file to any platform, cloud service, or file-sharing website
• Teach, present, or create derivative works based on the content

Privacy & Data

When you purchase any EliteRoadMaps product, we collect the following personal information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order:

• Your name (as entered at checkout)
• Your email address (used to deliver the PDF)
• Your mobile number (collected at checkout)

How we use your data: Your information is used exclusively to process your payment, deliver your PDF, and send transactional communications related to your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party processors: Your payment is processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your payment card details are never stored by EliteRoadMaps. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to data processed during checkout. Your PDF is delivered via Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), an email delivery service.

Data retention: We retain your name and email address for order records and to assist with delivery issues. You may contact us to request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain transaction records.

This website and its associated services are operated from India. By purchasing, you consent to your data being processed in India in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data protection rules.

Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. EliteRoadMaps does not collect, store, or process your payment card details directly.

Transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. The Razorpay checkout is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, which is the highest level of security certification for payment processors.

The price you pay is the price displayed on the product page at the time of purchase — in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of all applicable charges. No hidden fees apply. If you are charged an amount different from what was displayed, contact us immediately with your payment reference.

EliteRoadMaps is not responsible for additional charges levied by your bank or card issuer, including international transaction fees or currency conversion charges if you are purchasing from outside India.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EliteRoadMaps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Inability to access or download the PDF due to technical issues beyond our control

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted.

EliteRoadMaps reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
